Default Setting for Database-Level Health Monitoring in DxEnterprise

Summary

In the initial release of DxEnterprise v26 (version 26.0.238.0), the database-level health monitoring feature is not enabled by default.

If you are using DxEnterprise 26.0.238.0, and wish to enable database-level health monitoring, the feature must be explicitly enabled in the global settings configuration.
